Businesses are paying for exposure and visibility only.

We do not guarantee:

• Views
• Reach
• Engagement
• Likes
• Comments
• Shares
• Followers
• Leads
• Enquiries
• Phone calls
• Sales
• Business results

Payment must be made in full before any advert is scheduled.

Payment method is PayPal only.

We send the advertiser a PayPal payment link.

Once payment is received, we will provide an estimated publication timeframe.

Publication dates and times are decided by Surrey Extra.

We reserve the right to delay publication if we believe another date or time will perform better.

We may avoid publishing adverts during:

• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
• Boxing Day
• New Year's Eve
• New Year's Day
• Bank Holidays
• Major local events
• Breaking news periods

All advertising fees are non-refundable unless agreed by Surrey Extra.

If a refund is approved, advertisers must allow up to 5 working days for processing.

Advertisers must own all rights to any content submitted.

Advertisers are responsible for any copyright, licensing or ownership issues.

If we receive a copyright complaint or legal complaint, we may remove content immediately without refund.

Advertisers are responsible for checking:

• Business names
• Instagram usernames
• Captions
• Website addresses
• Promotional claims
• Submitted information

Surrey Extra is not responsible for errors supplied by advertisers.

We only normally include Instagram handles.

We do not guarantee inclusion of:

• Phone numbers
• Mobile numbers
• WhatsApp numbers
• Email addresses

Once content has been published, Surrey Extra accepts no responsibility for post performance.

We do not guarantee:

• Reach
• Views
• Engagement
• Follower growth
• Business enquiries

If Instagram, Facebook, Meta or another platform removes, restricts or limits a post, no refund will be provided.

We reserve the right to reject content that is:

• Blurry
• Poor quality
• Poorly lit
• Shaky
• Poorly edited
• Watermarked
• Inappropriate
• Damaging to the Surrey Extra brand

For best results, content should be supplied in HD or 4K vertical format suitable for Instagram Reels.

Collaboration posts are not guaranteed.

Surrey Extra may remove content at any time if it:

• Creates legal risk
• Breaches platform policies
• Contains inaccurate information
• Damages the Surrey Extra brand

We reserve the right to refuse any advertising request without explanation.

We do not accept advertising involving:

• Violence
• Nudity
• Sexual content
• Hate speech
• Racism
• Discrimination
• Political advertising
• Election campaigning
• Illegal activity
• Fraud
• Scams
• Gambling
• Vaping
• Tobacco products
• Adult entertainment
• Cryptocurrency promotions
• Get-rich-quick schemes

Content featuring children or minors may be refused.

Advertisers are solely responsible for obtaining parental consent and all permissions relating to children appearing in submitted content.

Surrey Extra accepts no responsibility for disputes relating to children, privacy, image rights or parental consent.

By requesting advertising, submitting content, sending payment, replying to advertising correspondence or instructing Surrey Extra to proceed, the advertiser agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Instagram messages, Facebook messages, emails, website forms and PayPal payments may be used as evidence that the advertiser has accepted these Terms & Conditions.

No handwritten signature is required.

Advertisers should keep their own copies of all submitted content. Surrey Extra is not responsible for storing advertiser files after publication.

Surrey Extra reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
